By downloading or using Bible Legends (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using it you confirm you are 13 or older. If you are between 13 and the age of digital consent in your country, you may need a parent or guardian's permission where required by local law.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in is provided via Google or Apple. Keep your sign-in secure.
You agree not to misuse the App, including: cheating, exploiting bugs, attempting to access other users' accounts, disrupting the service, reverse-engineering the App, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The App includes virtual items and currencies (such as coins, gems, hearts, chests, stickers, and skins) that have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are licensed to you for use within the App only. We may modify, manage, or remove virtual items at our discretion.
Bible Legends offers an optional Premium subscription. Premium unlocks unlimited hearts, exclusive companion skins, early access to new features, and priority support, plus a one-time welcome bonus of in-game items granted when you first subscribe.
Plans and price. Premium is available as a monthly or a yearly plan. The exact price, including any applicable VAT or sales tax, is shown in your local currency on the purchase screen before you confirm. Prices may differ by country and may change in future; you will always be shown the current price before purchasing, and existing subscribers are notified of price changes as required by Google Play.
Free trial. The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid yearly subscription and your payment method is charged the price shown at purchase. The trial end date is displayed in the App under Settings → Premium. Free trials are limited to one per Google account.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Your payment method is charged at the start of each new period at the then-current price.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in Google Play (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), or via the link in the App under Settings → Premium. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep Premium access until that date and are not charged again. Cancelling during a free trial means you are not charged at all.
Changing plans. If you switch between the monthly and yearly plan, Google Play replaces your existing subscription and applies a credit for the unused portion of your current period. You are never charged for two overlapping Premium subscriptions.
Payment, billing and refunds. All payments are processed by Google Play, which is the merchant of record. We do not receive, store, or charge your card details. Refund requests are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy; we cannot issue refunds directly, but we can help you find the right place to ask. Purchases by children. Bible Legends is intended for children aged 10–16. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or guardian before making any purchase. Parents can require authentication for every purchase using Google Play's parental controls.
Changes to Premium. We may add, change, or remove Premium features over time. If we make a material reduction to what Premium includes, we will notify subscribers in the App or by email. Virtual items received as part of a Premium welcome bonus remain subject to Section 5 and are not refunded when a subscription ends.
Bible Legends provides educational and game content based on biblical material. We strive for accuracy but provide content on an "as is" basis.
The App and its content, artwork, characters, and branding are owned by Bible Legends or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bible Legends shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms and will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
